The EmpowHER Fund exists to do one thing: help women rise. Whether it’s supporting women-led organisations, funding scholarships, or giving a voice to women who are often unheard, this initiative is already making a measurable and deeply personal impact across Australia.

What Is the EmpowHER Fund?

The EmpowHER Fund was created by Liliana Sanelli in 2024, inspired by decades of working alongside women from all walks of life — in business, in the community, and on the ground at grassroots events. Liliana saw firsthand the barriers that many women face, from access to education, suffering from domestic abuse, and to difficulty gaining financial independence, and knew something had to change.

So she created a new kind of giving circle. One led by women, for women. One that funds impactful initiatives that create real opportunities, not just symbolic gestures.

The EmpowHER Fund is powered by collective giving. Individuals and businesses contribute what they can, and together, the fund supports projects that directly improve the lives of women and girls. From mental health programs and leadership workshops to emergency support services and career training, the reach is wide — and growing.

Where Your Support Goes

Every dollar given to The EmpowHER Fund goes straight to work. We partner with trusted, women-led charities and programs that deliver tangible outcomes. We plan to:

• Provide leadership mentoring for young women in underrepresented communities

• Help domestic violence survivors access emergency relocation support

• Fund scholarships for First Nations women

• Support small organisations making big changes in the mental health and education space
